All conference sessions will be held at the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo, which is about 45 minutes from the Bandaranaike International Airport.

Local travel
Details of travel between the Bandaranaike International Airport and the Hotels will be given in the second circular. Arrangements will be made to provide transport between the residing Hotels and the conference venue, before and after the daily sessions.
Visa
Please check visa requirements at the Sri Lankan High Commission or Consulate in your country.
Invitation Letter
An official invitation letter will be issued to delegates, only to facilitate international travel and visa formalities. This letter does not imply of financial support. Please contact the Conference Secretariat in this regard.
Insurance
The registration fees do not include insurance for the participants regarding accidents, sickness or loss of personal property. You are advised to make necessary arrangements for a short-term health and accident insurance before leaving your home country.
Currency
The currency used in Sri Lanka is Sri Lankan Rupee (SLR) and the current exchange rate is approximately 102 SLR for one US$. All major currencies can be exchanged at the airport, hotel and most of the banks.
Accommodation
Details with respect to the room rates will be published in the second circular, which will be released on 15th July 2006.
Secretariat
A conference secretariat will be located at the conference venue to provide logistical support to participants.
Language
The working language of the conference will be English.
Facilities
For presentations, a multimedia projector with a laptop computer and an overhead projector will be available in each of the conference rooms.
